Return & Refund Policy

At BEACHEERS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • 14-Day Window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags intact (not removed), and in the original packaging.

  • Hygiene Standards: For health and safety, items with visible use, makeup, animal hair, dander, or odors (perfume/deodorant) will be denied. Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact.

  • Exchanges: We offer one opportunity for a return or exchange per order. Please confirm your selection carefully before proceeding.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

  • Final Sale/Clearance: Any items purchased at a discount of 50% or more, or marked as "Final Sale."

  • Accessories: Including jewelry, bags, hats, belts, scarves, sunglasses, hosiery (stockings/leggings), etc.

  • Promotional Items: Free gifts, Lucky Bags, Mystery Boxes and gift cards.

  • Holiday Sales: Items purchased during Black Friday or Cyber Monday marked as Final Sale. (We do not offer price adjustments for previous orders).

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@beacheers.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

  2. Visual Evidence: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please attach clear photos or videos.

  3. Approval: If accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to ship your package.

    • Note: Do not send items back without prior approval. Do not use the sender's address on the shipping label; our returns are processed at specific warehouses.

  4. Stay in Touch: Please respond to our support team within two weeks of your initial request to ensure your case remains active.

4. Shipping Fees & Responsibilities

  • Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend checking our size charts before purchasing.

  • Company Responsibility: BEACHEERS will cover shipping costs/duties only if the item arrived damaged, faulty, or if the package was lost in transit.

  • Third-Party Warning: We do not authorize third-party sellers. Warranty and return policies only apply to purchases made directly through our official channels.

5. Refunds & Promotions

  • Processing Time: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days, though bank processing may take longer.

  • BOGO (Buy One Get One): For BOGO returns, the discount is applied proportionately to each item. Your refund will reflect the actual discounted amount paid for the returned item.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If original refunding is unavailable, we may request a PayPal account in your name to complete the transfer.

  • Tracking: You must provide the tracking number and carrier info via email or our Returns Center as soon as you ship the item.

6. Special Note: Swim Trunks Adhesive

The protective dust-proof adhesive on swim trunks may leave a slight residue. To remove it, simply reattach and peel the strip a few times. This ensures cleanliness during transit while remaining easy to clean.
